This Shipping Policy explains how Ellis & Rose Savannah processes, ships, and delivers orders within the United States.

We currently ship within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or public holidays usually begin processing on the next business day.
Processing may be delayed by incomplete payment, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, high demand, product availability, security or fraud checks, or operational delays outside our control.

Delivery Time
Delivery time consists of processing time plus shipping time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, carrier performance, order volume, weather, holidays, customs or import processing, local disruptions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Partners and Origin
We work with trusted shipping and logistics partners. Depending on the order and location, packages may be handled by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, regional carriers, or other logistics partners.
Some orders may ship directly from suppliers, fulfillment partners, warehouses, or international processing facilities.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping within the United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Any additional shipping options, upgrades, or fees will be displayed before purchase.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Orders placed after this time may begin processing on the next business day.
Tracking
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking may take a few days to become active. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not appear immediately even when the package is already in transit.
Address Responsibility and Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours by emailing info@ellisandrose.com. We will do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, has been prepared for shipment, or has shipped.
Ellis & Rose Savannah is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, return-to-sender issues, replacements, reshipping fees, or other costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for responding to carrier communication and making sure delivery can be completed.
If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, missing information, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for replacement, reshipping, return, carrier, or other related costs.
Delays
We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Ellis & Rose Savannah is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or import processing, weather, holidays, high order volume, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, local delivery disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed using the tracking and delivery information available to us.
Customs, Taxes, and Duties
Although we ship to customers within the United States, some orders may be fulfilled through international suppliers or processing facilities.
In rare cases, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.
Ellis & Rose Savannah is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or import processing.
Package Marked as Delivered
Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, check your mailbox, porch, front door area, building entrance, reception desk, mailroom, neighbors, household members, local delivery points, and building management.
If the package still cannot be found, contact info@ellisandrose.com. A carrier investigation may be required before a claim can be reviewed or finalized.
Ellis & Rose Savannah is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us so we can review the tracking information.
A package is not considered lost simply because tracking has not updated for a short period.
If the carrier officially confirms that a package is lost, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ellisandrose.com.
Include:

Photos of the damaged package;

Photos of the damaged item;

Any relevant carrier or delivery information.
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution for confirmed transit damage.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Quality Control and Packaging
Orders may undergo quality checks before shipment and are securely packaged to help protect them during transit.
While we work carefully with fulfillment and shipping partners, we cannot guarantee that every package will be free from carrier-related damage or delay.
Urgent Orders
If you need an order urgently, contact us before purchasing.
We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless confirmed by our support team in writing.
Cancellations and Returns
